Like all the other LPO (Bird Protection Leagues), this association is designed to protect and protect birds, environments they depend on and public awareness. The LPO Côte d'Or has nearly 500 members and offers all amateurs a hundred activities per year (conferences, outings, surveys…), free of charge. Listening to songs and the study of species will enlighten you on the richness of our natural heritage. Note: conferences, open to everyone, are organised on Wednesday evening (out of school holidays), but also various activities such as ateliers or balls identification workshops. The association published a Small Tour Guide for Ornithological Tours in Côte d'Or, which is available on the LPO Côte d'Or site or available in some OT and town halls, as well as a leaflet: Discover the birds of the Riviera, also downloadable.
