L'ÉPHÉMÈRE
Julien Barthélémy had his restaurant in his blood when he took over the business created by his grandparents a little over fifteen years ago. In the past, the Vieux Spontin delighted a clientele that loved classic dishes. The Comptoir de Famille was its contemporary continuation. Julien has made it Ephemeral and enjoys cooking only menus that never last. Every three weeks, the menu changes according to his desires and the seasons. The common thread is the lively dishes where colour and greenery have their place.
