This family-run bakery is surprisingly friendly and spontaneous, even with passing customers. The long shop has a contemporary layout where the breads are displayed for the future buyer to see. There are breads of all sizes, shapes and colours: hemp, spelt, sourdough baguette and the speciality, Spontin bread. Also lined up are traditional pies and pastries waiting to be taken away or enjoyed in the small adjoining eating room. Unless you want an ice cream or a home-made waffle...
