LE VIEUX WAULSORT
Before or after a stroll through the narrow streets of this authentic Mosan village, a refreshing stop at the Vieux Waulsort is a must. The menu plays a classic game (American fries, pork cheek, duck breast...) in a pleasant atmosphere. The setting, which is just as conventional, is compensated for by the cheerful service. When the weather is fine, you can sit on the terrace overlooking the Meuse and, all year round, you can enjoy the many pizzas that come out of the oven. The chef also offers less usual suggestions such as a finger-licking Thai broth.
