With nearly 30 flavors at the counter, the choice is sometimes difficult. Here, we pasteurize and turbine every day. All the products are made in house, as are the pancakes and waffles, which are cooked by the minute. A small glassed-in terrace allows you to enjoy your meal on the spot. At lunchtime, Fleur de Sel (the salty side of the house) offers a lunch and a really decent menu (starters and main courses). A stopover that walkers along the Meuse will appreciate in summer to take a little break and have a big ice cream.
