After a complete renovation and a change of team, the Val Mosan has become the Val 9. We appreciate the play on words and return to sit on its terrace with a relaxing view of the river. The setting is contemporary and multiplies the spaces with different styles. The cuisine is typical of a brasserie with a few originality like the Val 9 salad or a local touch with the croquettes à la Maredsous. To enjoy the place outside of the meal, we look at the cocktail menu, the rums or the regional beers.
