LE PETIT MARAIS
Atypical address in a green setting, the Petit Marais is an obvious choice today but was largely a pioneer when it opened in 1998. In an environment that makes you forget the stress of the city, the establishment is a showcase for "home-made" food and a short menu that respects the seasons. Recently renovated, the room is contemporary. At the table, Chef Vanderschueren offers shrimp croquettes with Pavé de Soignies, roasted lobster with black pepper or Etivaz and its crumble for dessert. The wines by the glass are a perfect match.
