Village café-restaurant with a warm and relaxed atmosphere offering a slate of dishes featuring eggs meurette
Aurélien Perret and Camille Gontero have brilliantly relaunched the café-restaurant in the village of Thoisy-la-Berchère. It is so since summer 2019, after having completely renovated the restaurant room, with a view of the castle and the village. The slate gives pride of place to eggs meurette or Epoisses sauce while evolving according to the market products with original little things like pig's feet crisps. We like the warm and relaxed atmosphere with a very welcoming village bar-bistro feel. Easy to find on the road to Saulieu.
