aanvulling (na het antwoord van het restaurant).
Uw tijden kloppen, maar... We kregen de langoustines en de krab terwijl we nog aan ons aperitief zaten. Heel heel vlug dus. Te vlug (het zijn tenslotte voorgerechten en geen aperitiefhapjes) maar daar doen we niet moeilijk over. Maar de tijd tussen deze voorgerechten en het hoofdgerecht was 1 1/2 uur. En dat maakt, naar mijn mening, de wachttijden onaanvaardbaar.

But here comes their understanding of hospitality like a true Basque place, i asked the waiter if i could use the restroom, a flat out NO was the answer. Can someone comprehend how a place of business gathers customers if u prevent people of going to the restroom or do you have enough people coming to your place that you became this arrogant.
By reading their replies I'm sure they have a perfectly good answer for why they are not in the wrong.
