HÔTEL ONDERBERGEN

We couldnt have hoped for a better place to stay in gent.
You entered the hotel through the yard, where you could also find the reception and restaurant. The rooms were clean, well cared for, and cosy.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, gave us a map with the best spots of the city written on it, and a list of good places to have breakfast, dinner, etc. It was only a short walk to the st michael bridge, and from there the rest of the city.
We stayed for 2 days, and would absolutely recommend it. Thank you!

The location is actually great, but a little bit hard to get to, otherwise great. Nice employee's, spacious rooms, great ascetics

-> Personal del hotel: MUY AMABLES! 10/10 (si pudiera dar más calificación lo haría!!!) el personal del hotel hace que la experiencia sea sobresaliente! Desde los días previos a nuestra llegada estuvieron pendientes vía email de los horarios de llegada, datos, confirmación y pago para que nuestro arribo sea fácil rápido y ameno. Nos recibió Jenny (muy muy muy simpática y amable!!!!) ojalá en todos los sitios nos recibieran de la misma forma. Nos explicó todo sobre que hacer, donde comer o ir por una cerveza, que camino tomar del hotel al centro. Habla inglés a la perfección y hay otra compañera que habla español por la tarde, que también fue muy amable! Recomendamos totalmente!!! Es un placer la calidez humana que tienen aquí.

-> Ubicación: excelente! 10/10 A pocos minutos de la estación de tren (con metro llegas rápido y fácil, nosotros optamos por un Uber (aprox 15€ porque teníamos muchas maletas)
Fuimos caminando al centro y la vista en el camino es muy hermosa, disfrutamos de la feria que está de paso si eliges el camino que bordea el río. Es seguro caminar por los alrededores a toda hora. Recomendamos la ubicación es excelente!

-> Hotel: muy amplio! Nuestra habitación fue para 4 personas y nos sorprendió la amplitud. A comparación de otros hoteles que visitamos en Bélgica, este hotel es muy amplio cómodo y espacioso. El baño es excelente y un dato importante: la calefacción es perfecta. No pasamos nada de frío. Muy muy bueno.
Además cuenta con cafetera, mini bar, TV smart entre otras comodidades. Nos sorprendió muchísimo.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, making it an ideal choice for a weekend with friends. The highlight was the reception staff, especially the delightful young lady at the front desk, whose charm and helpfulness set a great tone for our stay. The rooms impressed us with their spotless cleanliness and comfortable ambiance, making it a relaxing haven after a day out with friends. The location of the hotel is another big plus, conveniently positioned to access local attractions and nightlife. All in all, this hotel is perfect for anyone looking to have a fun and hassle-free weekend with friends.

Hier met 11 mannen verbleven tijdens vriendenweekend. Het hotel zegt wel nadrukkelijk dat je in de avond rustig moet zijn, maar van ons hebben ze helemaal geen last gehad. We hadden 2 kamers van 6 personen. Een van de kamers van ruimer dan de andere, maar we hebben het allemaal goed naar ons zit gehad.
