FERME-AUBERGE SCHAFERT KRUTH
Farmhouse inn with a breathtaking view of the valley offering traditional meals
From the Thur valley up to the Markstein, the blue line of the Vosges is no myth, and the panorama from the site offers a breathtaking view over the valley. Laurence and Serge Sifferlen, taking over from their parents, remain very attached to the traditional image of the farmhouse inn. A beautiful wood-panelled dining room, decorated with bells from the transhumance period, will introduce you to all the unmissable traditional meals and other menus based on the farm's produce: cochonnailles, fleischnakas, cheeses and dairy products transformed and prepared with care for gourmets or hungry hikers. There's also a smaller room where you can linger over the natural surroundings and wish you'd made a reservation. Pure pleasure!
