AUBERGE DE FRANCE
Restaurant offering the comfort of a hotel with its rooms with balcony or garden and its exceptional Alsatian cuisine
Cathy will give you a warm welcome and put you in the warm atmosphere of the country. She speaks fluent Alsatian and German. The Auberge de France offers all the comforts of a two-star hotel with its sixteen rooms. The street-facing rooms all have balconies, while the others have their own gardens. The restaurant, with its wood-panelled interior, feels like a protective cocoon in which to enjoy exceptional cuisine. Enjoy the jewels of Alsatian gastronomy: seasonal game dishes (jugged hare, wild boar, doe), cordon-bleu or escalope François-Joseph, trout with blue cheese or almonds, sauerkraut, baeckaoffa to order. A typical setting, a warm welcome and authentic cuisine!
