Here, you'll enjoy dishes concocted with the finest produce, cooking techniques, seasonings and flavors. These vary according to season and availability, with a particular emphasis on local produce. To accompany your meals, he offers a wine list featuring Burgundy wines. You'll also find wines from other regions of France. Donc grande déception. Notre choix n'a peut-être pas été judicieux ce soir-là mais quel qu'il soit, on aurait dû ressortir satisfaits ! Ce ne fût pas le cas.
