FARM IT AS TIME GOES BY
A self-sufficient snail farm producing 250,000 Burgundy snails a year. Sale of snails in shell, jars...
La Ferme au gré du temps doesn't take its name by chance. Here, production varies according to the season. At the end of winter, button mushrooms are available, while summer marks the return of fruit. At the start of the new school year in September, it's time for Burgundy snails. Everything on the farm is produced using permaculture, or agroecology. The aim is to reproduce an ecosystem inspired by nature. Animals, fruit trees and plants live in symbiosis, helping to create exceptional products.

Le repas était excellent
Cela nous donne le goût d'y reviens-y...
La dégustation à la fin d'escargots ou de glaces était divine!
Je recommande d'y aller!
