Located in Veuxhaulles-sur-Aube in northern Côte d'Or, Les Truites de l'Aube fish farm offers a unique experience for fishing and seafood enthusiasts. With 800 meters of shaded banks and a picnic area, visitors can enjoy a natural, relaxing setting. The fish farm also sells Fario, rainbow and brook trout, as well as processed products such as terrines, mousses and smoked trout fillets. Les Truites de l'Aube also welcomes groups, leisure centers and works councils.
