Located in Veuxhaulles-sur-Aube in northern Côte d'Or, Les Truites de l'Aube fish farm offers a unique experience for fishing and seafood enthusiasts. In a natural, shady setting, visitors can enjoy 800 meters of shoreline, as well as a picnic area. The fish farm also sells Fario, rainbow and brook trout, as well as processed products such as terrines, mousses and smoked trout fillets. Les Truites de l'Aube also welcomes groups, leisure centers and works councils. With over 25 years' experience in the salmonid sector, the team is on hand to provide information and advice.
