Run by a family with the values of hospitality firmly in mind, in addition to the twenty or so comfortable rooms, the restaurant offers a large seating area - from 70 to 200 covers - as well as a breathtaking view of the Jura massif, weather permitting. The generous menu features family-style cooking. Take, for example, the skier's menu, which includes quiche lorraine or steak-frites with salad. We finish with a delicious blueberry tart. The taste is simple, with no real surprises, but in the end, what we ask of a restaurant like this is above all to satisfy the appetites of mountain dwellers. To sum up, the quality of the service, the thoughtfulness of the staff and the exceptional setting are the top priorities.
