Since spring 2011, the Pavillon François Gaunoux has been the second showcase of Domaine Gaunoux after that of the Place Carnot in Beaune, ideally placed on the wine route between Pommare and Meursault. The house has 11 ha of vines, a dozen names, 5 of which are first crus in Beaune, Volnay and Pommare, including the Rugiens, the Epenots and the Grand Epenots. From 8 € for a Burgundy to 48 € for the best 1 st cru. They work in a reasoned culture, with a cellar the family castle of Meursault, which is surrounded by Clos de Tavaux, a monopoly. The Pavilion is also a wine merchant with a few wines from other regions, such as Bordeaux (Yquem, Petrus.), rosé de Provence (Figuière) and champagnes… It is possible to taste wines from the area, wine wines are offered from 3.90 € to 6.90 € and € 7.50 for champagne. Terrace terrace with view of the vineyards. Inside, you will find a small area dedicated to the sale of wines and catering with brasserie formula, salads, sausage plates, omelettes, cheeses and some dishes of the day (catering formula). The dish of the day is 10 € (Burgundy beef - wine-chicken) and desserts at 4.90 €.
