Restaurant with a large terrace offering an impressive wine list in Vosne-Romanée.

Le Richebourg is a delicious place, literally and figuratively, and this success is down to the talents of its chef Romuald Sikorski. While his cuisine is inspired by Burgundy's terroir, it also has the audacity to revisit it: from bouchées à la reine to terrine lardée de chevreuil, everything is magnificently cooked, with real attention to detail. Desserts, like the signature cassis, are also of the highest quality. The setting is idyllic and the service impeccable, making this a not-to-be-missed establishment in the heart of the Route des Grands Crus.

Dès l'accueil, nous avons été séduits. Le personnel est aimable sans être affable. Les amuses bouche nous ont conquis, notamment le velouté de potimaron rehaussé de crème de marron. Les noix de saint jacques sont XXL ! Les lamelles de truffe s'allient particulièrement bien avec le suprême de poulet. A renouveler !
