From his about 15 hectares, Etienne Grivot draws Wines which are among the best in the Côte de Nuits. After his classes at the Beaune high school school, Etienne also studied wine in California and many French wine growers. It has an old style, which insists on the development of the land, in total adequacy with craftsmanship. Rather, his wines are intended for safekeeping: they express their elegance and complexity only after several years, and they can sometimes find them austere or reserved in their youth premium.
