Cottage converted into a museum featuring interesting items from local life and an exhibition dedicated to Charmian Clift.
This cottage built in the 1880s has become the town's small maritime and historical museum. Run and animated by a team of volunteers, it presents some interesting pieces of local life and an exhibition dedicated to Charmian Clift (1923-1969), a native of Kiama, who was a famous writer and essayist in the 1950s-1960s. She is also famous for being the wife of the Australian poet Martin Johnston (1947-1990).
