Chef Baptiste Girard prepares traditional dishes with a local accent. On the à la carte menu, the obligatory escargots, gougères, oeufs meurette and persillés make your mouth water. In fine weather, enjoy the terrace between the river and the flowering garden; in cooler weather, the large, bright dining room is just the thing. A safe bet with a well-deserved reputation.
