HISTORIC SITE OF THE TEMPLES OF THE HUNG KINGS (DEN HUNG)

" Culminating at the top of a high hill near the city of Vietnam, Hung kings Hung have always been revered as the nucleus of the many times history of Vietnam '. Hung kings Shrine has become the place of worship of the ancestors of the nation. It consists of several buildings dated the Ly dynasty (1009-1225) and the Trân (1226-1400). They were obviously restored many times. Temple Ha is linked to Immortal Au Co; in the Superior Temple (Thuong), we honour Heaven, Earth, mountain engineering and rice engineering; in Temple Giêng, a well that reflected the face of the two princesses Tiên Dung and Ngoc Hoa, girls of the 18 ^{th and last king Hung.}

The area of the historical remains of Hung kings continues to spread, with grandiose projects, to measure the rediscovery of these great ancestors. In 2010, as part of the festivities related to the millennium celebration of Hanoi, was inaugurated a museum of Hung kings inspired from the architecture of houses on stilts du Nord. Sitting on Mama Ga Hill, the future tower will have 18 floors symbolizing the 18 royal generations of Hung Vuong's time. The tower will serve as a museum where the ancient objects of this era will be exposed, works of art and value products».

Hung Kings Day takes place each year at Thuong Temple on Nghia Linh Mountain, the 10 ^th day of the 3rd ^{lunar month (April 16 to 25, 2018 and April 5 to 14, 2019).
