Gastronomic restaurant in a refined setting at the gates of Morvan.
Helmed by chef Jean-Baptiste Girard and his wife and pastry chef Maïko, this gourmet restaurant is astonishingly creative. A la carte, the unique 6-course menu offers a veritable revisiting of the local terroir. How could you resist, for example, the pressé of Auvergne farmhouse pork shank with Cervon snails, garlic confit and tangy herb tobacco? Then for the pithiviers of Loire Valley game with Nivernais ceps? The Burgundy truffle ice cream with Burgundy cazette is also delicious. A superb table!
