This imposing residence, built in 1726, bears the name of its owner, banker and art collector Simon van Gijn. Inside, the period decor has been preserved, offering the privilege of discovering a typical 19th-century mansion. The visit transports visitors to an illustrious historical period, where everything seems to be frozen in the 19th century. The museum is spread over two buildings, housing a varied collection of objects, including porcelain and clocks. A booklet is available in French.
