The Donde se Oculta el Sol (Where the Sun Hides) waterfalls are located in the municipio of Villagarzón, at an altitude of 550 m, between the Andes and the Amazon. In the middle of an amazing biodiversity, the path leads to two waterfalls with crystal clear waters: the "Mohano" waterfall (about 20 m), which means "Jaguar Man" in the Inga language, and the "Wakana" waterfall ("Crying of the Guenon"), about ten meters high. The bathing is a real delight after the walk of approach (1 hour 30).
