A staple in Minca for years. This small restaurant is known for its Mexican dishes, woks, salads, sandwiches and burgers with homemade fries and good sauces. Vegetarians, vegans and gluten-free diets are also welcome. Good local coffee and fresh fruit juices and smoothies to enjoy on a pleasant terrace, overlooking the river below. Relaxed and very nice welcome from the "lazy cat" team, who must not be too bothered by all the birds landing in the nearby trees.
