River Bend Farm in Williamstown has rooms with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, antique furniture and polished wood floors.
There are only 4 rooms in this historic 1770 mansion listed in the National Register of Historic Sites. The owners have taken great care to preserve as much as possible of the character of the different rooms and few concessions have been made to the modern world. Only wifi and air conditioning have gained their place in these rooms with antique furniture and waxed parquet floors. Our favorite goes to the main room with its large fireplace and its intact wood oven, which takes us back to an episode of The Little House in the Meadow.
