Walk in the foothills or in the mountains surrounding the city and a 45-minute walk on the valley floor in Williamstown

If you still have some legs left after visiting the Williamstown museums, feel free to take a walk or a tour of the mountains surrounding the city. You will find trails of easy to medium difficulty, a map of which can be downloaded from the website. The Hopper Brook Loop is a 45-minute valley walk. In winter, this walk can be done on snowshoes. The more sporty will opt for the Haley Farm Trail, which lasts 2.5 hours and offers beautiful views of Mount Greylock and the Hopper Valley.
