Thornbury's bakery has been in existence since the turn of the last century. She also runs a nice café in the heart of the village that serves her products, but also prepares good breakfasts and lunches for all types of appetite. Sandwiches are the great specialty and come in a multitude of gourmet versions. On the sweet side, try the cinnamon buns, butter tarts, apple pie or carrot cake. Delights! Kicking Horse coffees and Numi teas are also served here.
