Smoky Mountain Brewery is the first brewery opened by the Copper family in the region in 1996. Since then others have followed, notably in Pigeon Forge and Knoxville. A micro brasserie is a restaurant, it's a nice place to take a cool beer with pizza, salad, burger or sandwich.
