GREAT SMOKY ARTS & CRAFTS COMMUNITY
Since 1937, Gatlinburg has a strong community of artists and artisans. Having become more and more numerous over time (over 120 today), these artists and artisans are established in the eastern part of the city. It is easy and to visit them by following the circuit indicated as "Heritage Arts & Crafts Trail". The logo on the shops (Member Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community) assures you of the quality of the products offered. The course is approximately 8 miles (12,8 km). It starts in Downtown on East Parkway (Hwy 321), borrows Glades Road from Buckhorn Road, then comes back and ends on East Parkway. The circuit is served by the Fun Time Trolley (Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge-Sevierville).
