Created in April 2018, it honours all artistic forms (music, painting, sculpture, literature...) born in Mississippi or worn by Mississippi native artists. A cultural and sensory explosion through various interactive exhibitions.
A unique initiative that transcends the experience and the relationship with the museum and makes the visitor not just a spectator but an actor. In addition to brilliant projection devices that immerse you in the heart of the landscapes depicted and the stories told, workshops allow you to try out different disciplines.
You will be able to create your own music group and attend your first concert, create a painting or sculpture and send you the result by email. You can also attend a gospel choir or enter a traditional Mississippi home. In addition to this tribute to local art, it also tells the story of the Mississippi, its child stars and life through generations.
