Nigara Falls State Park with spectacular views of the falls from Goat Island and many attractions
Opened in 1885, it was designed by the landscape architect who also created Central Park, Frederick Law Olmsted. More than twenty kilometers of hiking trails await you here with, as a bonus, spectacular views of the falls, especially from Goat Island. The Cave of the Winds tour, Maid of the Mist tour, Discovery Center and other attractions are all located here. You can even walk across the Rainbow Bridge into Canada to enjoy the breathtaking views across the border.
