Cooper the cat, the mascot of the distillery, welcomes you here for a visit and a tasting, a cocktail or a purchase. The grain used comes from the state of New York. The flagship product of the house is whiskey but the team also produces bourbon, rum and soon gin. The new thing to come is a mature brandy in a drum that the distillery lent to the nearby cider so that it ageing a apple cider.
