Opened since 1966, it is both a hotel and a school forming the sector's future professionals, up to the level of masters. Beautifully located with a beautiful sea view, it offers 44 double rooms with all the comforts and all of the terraces and sea views. Other "more" of this beautiful hotel, a swimming pool and a restaurant, also training. Where one can lunch or dinner without being accommodated. Menu and menus, 18 € and 35 € for the tasting menu.

Kein Lärm da die Straße hinter dem Hotel vorbeiführt und der Zug unter dem Haus durch ein Tunnel fährt.

L hotel està una mica vellet. Les instal·lacions de clima, mobles , portes...és veu antic. Com a escola d'hostaleria em va sorprendre que durant l'esmorzar estiguessin fent muntatge de taules , arrossegant totes i cada una de les cadires sense cap mirament. Prou molest. Vaig trobar a faltar suc de taronja natural. La resta molt bé. L'habitació neta, els llits còmodes. La vista del mar magnífica.

El hotel está bien, lo único que destaco de las habitaciones son las vistas.
El restaurante me pareció caro para la calidad de los platos.
Se trata de una escuela de gastronomía por lo que el personal está entusiasmado con la atención.
