MOLÍ DELS AVIS
In 2006, after restoration, the old oil mill of the village, a building dating from the 19th century, was transformed into a restaurant. It is comfortably installed in this rustic setting that we look at the menu. The chef prepares a Catalan gastronomic cuisine, adding his personal touch with Japanese inspiration and fusion recipes. The great specialty of the house: the bluefin tuna. From carpaccio to sashimi, from tartar to tataki and fresh tuna spaghetti with mint, it is the mill's flagship product! Excellent!
