The Nordic walking association of L'Ametlla de Mar consists of an instructor (INWA-Spain) and accredited Guides (AEGM) who organise courses to learn the techniques and specificities of this sport. Steps from 2 to 3 hours are organised daily by the association from the Ametlla de Mar. Raquettes and excursions in the Pyrenees are also offered (upon request).
