Mill located in Bouhy, finding today its grace of former days with its cylindrical tower equipped with its wings.
Dominating the landscape, the Blot mill was restored in 2006. Today it has regained its former grace with its cylindrical tower with its wings, its conical roof that can be rotated 360°, its beautiful wooden structure and its crushing mechanism with flint millstones. Les Amis du Moulin Blot bring it back to life by producing flour from the local wheat, and by offering guided tours: we discover the rotating sieve, the oak frame, the system for opening and regulating the movement of the wings, and how the millstone works.
