A subtle and delicious combination of Japanese and Peruvian flavors in a cozy atmosphere with lounge and bar areas.

It's an ambitious challenge, to say the least, that the Nobu restaurant has taken up with a masterful hand, thanks to chef Jérôme Lorvellee. Located in the Fairmont Monte-Carlo hotel, the establishment ingeniously combines Japanese and Peruvian flavors in a contemporary room overlooking the Mediterranean. Discover the magnificent sushi bar where sashimi, sushi and other makis are prepared. Also enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the private lounge and the lounge-bar for a moment of pure relaxation and gastronomy, where Asia and South America become one.

Open Thursday to Monday, 6pm to 11pm. Privatization possible. Reservations recommended. Menus from €145 to €185 (multi-course menus). A la carte menu: approx. €95. Valet parking. Open to Fairmont Monte-Carlo guests and external customers. Possibility of privatization.

Super restaurant du Chef Nobu. Une cuisine raffinée et succulente avec très grand choix de plat. Laissez vous guider par votre serveur qui sera bien vous conseiller. Si c'est la 1er fois testé le menu OMAKASE. La carte des vins et cocktail est au top et bien sure n'oubliez pas le Saké maison.
