Across from Larvotto beach, The Niwaki promises an exceptional dining experience. This sushi bar and Japanese restaurant offers exquisite culinary flavors with subtle Mediterranean influences. The chicken katsu, truffled calamari and hijiki salad (seaweed) and the Iberian pluma with ginger shiso glaze are to die for... The decoration is very neat, with a ceiling lined with mirrors, a large terrace and a lounge bar with music. The bill climbs quickly, especially if you take sashimi by the piece, but the game is worth the candle!
