Très bon mais vraiment très cher. C'est du gastronomique japonais en fait et c'est excellent. Le restaurant est très petit mais très joli. Il y a une cuisine ouverte d'ou on peut voir évoluer les cuisiniers. C'est le 2eme restaurant de REBUCHON dans l'hôtel Métropole et c'est un grand chef japonais à la tête.
Simply extraordinary! Japan seen by Robuchon is worth the detour. This small restaurant nestled in the courtyard of the Metropole hotel is astonishing. The decoration is both traditional and contemporary. The cuisine is tasty and explores classic country of the rising sun! My favourite goes to the menu Bento of midday!
