In the heart of the mythical and historic Monte-Carlo Casino, Salon Rose offers a menu reminiscent of the world of gaming, with three menus: Roulette, Black-Jack and Poker. A child of the Nice region, Thierry Saez-Manzanares happily revisits the cuisine of his region and explores new culinary territories at Salon Rose. The menu is simple but surprising, always in season: traditional beef tartar, won top soup with shrimps, grilled sea bass filet... An excellent address in a sumptuous setting where the bill remains reasonable.
