It is in the magnificent Hôtel de Paris that the very young chef Yasmina Hayek has just opened Em Sherif Monte-Carlo, a restaurant already famous in Lebanon, London and Dubai. A family cuisine, elaborated by her mother, Mireille. Despite the colorful and generous portions, the cuisine remains very light and you only want to taste everything. The selection of hot and cold mezzes whets the appetite. For dessert, the Beirut Monte-Carlo is a real wonder! The little extra: the sunny terrace, which overlooks the sea, particularly appreciated in summer.
