There is a priceless treasure in Monaco: the pearls of Monte-Carlo. Exceptional oysters with an incomparable nutty taste, very much appreciated by seafood lovers. And it is here, in the port of Fontvieille, that biologists Brice Cachia and Frédéric Rouxeville have decided to offer you oysters, clams, gambas and other scampi in a friendly atmosphere, all accompanied by an organic wine. The place also hosts events (parties, exhibitions, performances...).
