It is one of the most prestigious addresses on the French Riviera. The restaurant at the Hôtel Métropole features modern and inventive cuisine, directed by the talented chef Christophe Cussac. Haute cuisine based on exceptional products, with a hint of flavours from elsewhere. However, to discover these refined dishes, you will have to be patient, the restaurant is currently closed for renovation and will reopen its doors in April 2022.

Rien à redire, tout était parfait. Un grand merci à tout le personnel qui était à l’écoute et au petit soin avec nous. Ce fut un réel plaisir de découvrir ce restaurant.
