Chef Marcel Ravin once again sets the tone in this SBM establishment. The setting is very pleasant, if not intimate, since you will have the impression of being installed in small private rooms. The cuisine inspired by world cuisine is varied and of high quality. The service remains irreproachable as is the standard of a good high-end brasserie. However, we appreciate the relaxed style and the practicality of the snack menu. The service continues in the afternoon for a tea time with a large choice of pastries.
