Is there a more iconic institution in Monaco than the famous Café de Paris, which has been around for over 150 years? After a complete renovation, this legendary brasserie was recently revitalized: an additional floor for the brasserie, luxury boutiques and a 1,000m2 roof terrace, hosting the Amazonico Monte-Carlo and its festive bar. Under the direction of chef Victor Marion, a new menu has been created. It's a place to savor classic French cuisine, including the crêpe Suzette, the establishment's renowned specialty.
