Next door to the famous historic casino, Rampoldi has been delighting gourmets since 1946. Remaining true to its origins, this jewel of Monegasque gastronomy has successfully renewed itself. Under the leadership of chef Antonio Salvatore, a delicious and festive cuisine, inspired by Italian culinary traditions, is unveiled. A more gastronomic version of La Table d'Antonio Salvatore has been awarded its first Michelin star in 2021. Je voyais le restaurant en passant souvant 1er fois j'ai dine la, etais etonnee par la qualite de la cuisine et niveau de raffinage. Salade roquette merveilleux avec artichoke, tomates, truffes, parmesan dans un saveur delicatement balance. Turbot etait frais evec des legumes de toutes varietes, courgettes, aubergine habilement sautes. Jetais vraiment impressionnee et retournerai ici encore une fois pour essayer le table gourmandise de chef antonio salvatore.

Nous y sommes allés pour la deuxième fois et la qualité de l’établissement est toujours au top ! La pizza Margherita et le risotto au légumes sont délicieux ! J’y retournerai !

Nous étions ce soir en trois génération pour fêter mon 50e anniversaire et aussi pour remercier ma mère pour toutes lés douleurs qu’elle a pour cause de moi. Restaurant très chalo, serveurs super sympathiques
