Next door to the famous historic casino, Rampoldi has been delighting gourmets since 1946. Remaining true to its origins, this jewel of Monegasque gastronomy has successfully renewed itself. Under the leadership of chef Antonio Salvatore, a delicious and festive cuisine, inspired by Italian culinary traditions, is unveiled. A more gastronomic version of La Table d'Antonio Salvatore has been awarded its first Michelin star in 2021. Comment peut-on attribuer une étoile à ce restaurant ? C'est une insulte aux autres (vrais) étoilés....une carte digne d'une brasserie....sauf les prix ! Une ambiance, certes à l'italienne, mais insupportable à la longue, une service désespérant, aucun mot de bienvenue, aucun sourire, aucune petite phrase autre que pour la prise de commande, une impression de les déranger, voilà ce que j'ai retenu, à éviter, à éviter, à éviter !!!
